She appreciates Saleem for making arrangement for the function. He asks Hyder to take him to Shaitanpura where Hyder had taken him earlier. Saleem gets furious to hear Anarkali’s name. He informs Saleem that he has arranged to ruin Anarkali’s life. Hyder arrives there after everyone leaves from there. In the mean time, Saleem delegates the responsibilities of the function to Murad, Daniyal. Anarkali’s mother asks Anarkali to call Haqim in the morning itself. But Rashid’s health starts deteriorating. Sakeena gives her golden bangles to Anarkali for some financial help. She is very tensed as she doesn’t have money to treat her father. Her mother tells her that her father is not keeping well.

After some time, Anarkali goes to see her father.

She feels guilty for loving Saleem whom she hates since childhood. Anarkali shares about Saleem with her friend Sakeena. But at the end his hatred comes over his feelings. He gets into dilemma whether to love Anarkali or to hate her. He still misses Anarkali and also the childhood memories where he was punished by Jalal because of her. In the evening, Saleem sits near that river bank. After Jalal leaves from there, Tansen gets upset with Birbal for trapping him. Tansen gets tensed but agrees for the same. Jalal pretends that he wants to impress Jodha begum with his singing. Tansen finds it difficult to teach Jalal in such a less time. In the mean time, Jalal pulls Tansen’s leg by asking them to teach him singing. So he gets up immediately and leaves from there giving some fake reason. With the sound of her anklets, Saleem recollects about Nadira. Arang Banu says that she will enjoy dancing a lot in the function. Jodha begum (Paridhi Sharma) also praises Saleem for the same. On the other hand, Hameeda begum is happy as Saleem has taken responsibility of arranging the function for Jodha and Jalal’s wedding anniversary. She recollects that Saleem was determined to punish her hard.

Called in to investigate, Singaporean International Crimes Division (ICD) officer Serena Teo (Rebecca Lim) takes charge of a case across the border where a family has been slaughtered aboard a luxury yacht in Johor.
